「股東代表附議期間延長」提案通過及公告

關於股東代表附議期間延長議案，日前由股東代表正式提案，並經由全體共同創辦人過半數之同意，將自2015年11月1日起，延長股東代表附議期間為七日，特此公告。

In regard to the proposal of "Extension of seconding period of representatives of shareholders", representatives of shareholders have made such submission and with over half of the co-founders' agreement, since 1 November 2015 the seconding period of representatives of shareholders will be extended to 7 days.
